How to make my homemade Fried Chicken..
First you clean off your chicken however you would like, I use cold water.
Turn on your vegetable oil, I use my deep fryer and I put my temperature to 400 degrees, if you’re using a pot on the stove you can put your oil to medium heat.
Season your chicken with all the seasonings included in this description box, don’t forget to add your Mustard and Franks Hot Sauce.
Flour your chicken with All Purpose Flour (you can season your flour but I don’t because I have enough season on my chicken. Make sure to shake off any excessive flour from your chicken.
Test your oil to make sure it’s hot enough (take a chicken wing or whatever kind of chicken your using and shake it over the oil and if it bubbles that means your oil is hot enough to drop your chicken.
Add your chicken to the oil and cover for about 14 minutes, then take the lid off of your chicken and let cook for 1 more minute (uncovered) that helps give it the crispy skin.
Total you want to give your chicken 15 minutes to cook.
Take your chicken out, place it on a paper towel to get rid of some of that grease that’s left on it and enjoy when it’s cooled down enough for you.
