Cabbage cutlets: a delicious second dish for the whole family

Description: So easy and delicious, everyone will love them! INGREDIENTS 1 large cabbage; 15 slices of ham; 10 slices of cheese; 150 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour; 4 large eggs; 240 g (2 cups) breadcrumbs; 45 g (½ cup) shredded parmesan; olive oil for frying.   METHOD Separate 5 large cabbage leaves from the stem and boils them in salted water under the lid for 6 minutes. Remove cabbage leaves onto a clean towel and gently put them dry.  Place one cabbage leaf onto a cutting board and place 2 slices of cheese and 3 slices of ham in the middle. Roll carefully. Repeat with another 4 cabbage leaves. Whisk 4 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk breadcrumbs with parmesan cheese. Dredge cabbage rolls in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and cover in breadcrumbs.
